A seasoned information architect and service design leader for more than 17 years, Chris’s journey began in agency work and eventually into enterprise tech – including roles at Comcast, Capital One, and Rocket – where he’s driven significant impact across app and web experiences. Committed to fostering design talent, he actively mentors emerging professionals and volunteers to teach IA and Service Design to high school students in the Philadelphia area. Beyond my professional endeavors, Chris spends his time with his wife and three kids, investing in large LEGO sets he’ll likely never actually build.
