Getting to the Conference

From the Airport

Once you land, you have two ways to get to the hotel.

  • Ground transportation: Follow signs to Ground Transportation for taxis or ride share. Specific instructions are here. Expect to spend around $30-40 depending on the time of day.
  • Public transit: You can catch SEPTA’s Regional Rail from most terminals, follow signs for Airport Regional Rail Line. Trains run every 30 minutes from 6am to midnight. Specific instructions are here. If you’re staying at the conference hotel, ride the line to Jefferson Station. From there, go up to street level and it will be an easy walk.

From the Train (Amtrak)

If coming to Philadelphia by train, you will arrive at 30th Street Station. You will have two options from there.

  • Ground transportation: When you emerge into the main hall of 30th Street Station, you will see signs for 29th Street and 30th Street — 29th Street is for calling a taxi, 30th street is for catching a rideshare. From there, it will be an approximately 10 minute ride.
  • Public transit: When you emerge into the main hall of 30th Street Station, look for signs for SEPTA’s L line — you do not want to take Regional Rail. You will need to leave the building on the 30th Street side, cross Market Street, and descend into the L. Take the Eastbound L train towards Frankford Transportation Center and get off at 5th St. Station or 2nd St. Station.
