Description

Do you shout for inclusivity, only to feel like a lone wolf howling in the wilderness? You’re not alone, and Chris Rackley has a story for you. Come learn how he and his team changed stakeholder mindsets to incorporate DE&I thinking into their design process.

About the speakers

Christopher Rackley
Christopher Rackley

Chris leads information architecture for Rocket Mortgage in the Rock Family of Companies. For 15 years, he has partnered with big tech, fintech, small businesses and non-profits to craft meaningful experiences for peoples’ betterment, incorporating models and methodologies that place a person’s well-being over engagement metrics. His passion for people led to him creating a new style of customer modeling for several apps in Comcast’s Xfinity ecosystem, and becoming design lead on a conceptual project to rethink customer empathy.

He resides in Philadelphia, longs for the Smoky Mountains, and has the best wife/kids in the world. They spend most of their time together hiking, gaming, and working alongside their church to love and care for their neighbors in northeast Philly.
