Carrie Hane is a creative digital strategist with over 20 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. Whether as a consultant or in-house team leader, Carrie collaborates with teams to create scalable digital solutions and operations that adapt to user needs.

She is the co-author of Designing Connected Content and teaches graduate courses in content management and modeling at FH Joanneum in Austria. Her degrees have nothing to do with content strategy or IA. Carrie is passionate about making information spaces useful, usable, and inviting.

When she’s not working, you can find her at the pool swimming, on the river rowing or paddling, visiting her grown children at the beach or in the mountains, or hanging out with her dog, Zoie.
