
Sneha Balakrishnan
Sneha Balakrishnan is an Experience Strategist at Sam’s Club (Walmart), where she designs enterprise-grade systems and associate-facing retail experiences used across 600+ clubs. She simplifies complex operational, logistics, and inventory workflows while working with technologies such as computer vision, RFID, and IoT devices. Her background spans B2B, B2C, e-learning, and healthcare, including designing explainable-AI patient portal experiences. Sneha holds a Master’s in HCI from UT Austin, previously served as Director of UXPA UT Austin, and is part of the NextUp Women in Tech social committee. She was also part of the Perplexity Business Fellowship (2025). Her work focuses on information architecture, systems thinking, and structuring complexity into usable experiences.
