Scott Kubie is a consultant, educator, and systems-minded design leader with deep experience in all things content. He helps teams worldwide create better experiences and happier customers by applying insights from the worlds of content strategy, content design, UX writing, and information architecture.

Scott has been a staff content strategist at Mailchimp, the content strategy practice lead at Brain Traffic, and was the first UX content strategist at Wolfram Research. He teaches UX courses for the School of Visual Arts and University of Rhode Island, and led the UX Writing Events Content Career Accelerator communities for UX content professionals. Scott’s first IA event was the 2012 Summit in New Orleans, where he led a session on change communication.
