Sara Hashim (she/her) is a creative strategist and consultant organizations turn to when they need someone they can trust to lead through complexity. With two decades of experience spanning brand identity, executive leadership, and education, she brings both the expertise and the steadiness to work hands-on and at an advisory level, meeting organizations exactly where they are.

A graduate of Pratt Institute and former fellow at Milton Glaser Inc., Sara has partnered with global brands and mission-driven institutions including Nike, Twitter, Harvard School of Education and the New York Botanical Garden. She has spoken widely on leadership, design, and community, and currently teaches at NYU. She co-founded Forest & Trees, a consultancy specializing in guiding purpose-led organizations through transitions.
