Payal has been a User Experience professional for the past 15 years in various digital businesses spanning across domains such as finance, healthcare, automotive and heavy building construction materials. Currently, as the Director of UX & Customer Insights at Heidelberg Materials, Germany, she is leading a global in-house team championing the practice of human-centered design and research, and is working with other digital partners in the construction space as a practice lead focused on bringing delightful experiences to the end customers.
