Karen Brown is Senior Manager of Technical Communications at nCino, where she leads strategic documentation initiatives and drives organizational content transformation. With 25 years of experience across IBM, Capgemini Engineering, and nCino, she has successfully secured executive funding for major IA transformations while managing teams through system overhauls and organizational restructuring.

Karen holds an MBA from UNC Wilmington and is certified as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).

She lives in Wilmington, NC, and spends her spare time wrangling her children, dogs, and bees, in that order.
