Heidi Burkhardt is web project manager and content strategist at the University of Michigan Library in Ann Arbor, one of the largest academic research libraries in the United States. She manages many of the library’s web content platforms — including the library website, staff intranet, and library blogs — and has led redesigns of all of them at least once! Heidi also stewards the library’s website content strategy and runs smaller projects for other websites and applications. She loves a good list and is driven by pragmatism, humanity, clarity, and kindness.
