Caroline Craner is a UX Researcher and Strategist with over 10 years of experience in data management, program development, and digital communications. She helps teams design clear processes and research methods that support users and meet business goals, and currently supports program development for the DIA Design Guild Apprentice Program.

Before transitioning into UX, Caroline worked in public health and community programs in San Francisco, where she managed program data systems, coordinated community events, and provided practical support to clients. She improved workflows, ensured continuity of services during COVID-19, and supported program reporting and compliance.

She has volunteered at every IAC event since 2023 and now serves as Co‑Chair for IAC26.
