Becca Fronczak

Becca Fronczak

Current role: Speaker

Becca Fronczak is a Senior Taxonomist at Etsy. It’s a company she’s proud to work for as it aligns with her personal values to support artists, small businesses, and sustainable operations.

Becca has also worked in data modeling, knowledge management, and research roles for a variety of industries including aerospace and finance. Like most Taxonomists, she came to the field by chance. For her it was via education, libraries, and museums. The librarian in her loves helping people find the information/products they are looking for and the teacher in her wants to make what they discover easier to understand.

Becca lives in Seattle with her partner and a small menagerie of animals. In her free time she likes to visit independent bookstores with creaky wooden floors, make art, sing poorly at karaoke, hang out with friends, and go thrifting.

Sponsor IAC

We’re looking for organizations who share our commitment to building and sustaining programs that drive a more inclusive industry. Learn more on the Sponsor IAC23 page or contact us directly at info@theiaconference.com for more information.
