Ananya Yadav
Ananya Yadav is a designer and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of information architecture, behavioral psychology, and ethical design. She holds an MS in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute, where her research focused on how the structure, tone, and logic of digital systems shape user behavior and emotional response.
Her poster at IAC26 draws on three phases of independent research to argue that screen time intervention is fundamentally an information architecture problem. Rather than treating distraction as failure, her work explores how sequencing, feedback loops, and transparent system logic can transform digital wellness tools from punitive constraints into systems that work with people rather than against them.
Ananya is interested in slow design, cognitive load, and the psychological implications of living and working in an AI-accelerated world.
