Duane Degler has over 30 years of experience in the US/Europe, consulting on IA, UX, organizational change, and knowledge management. His IA practice incorporates information assessment, modeling, IA, taxonomy, interaction design, with a particular focus on linked data applications. His Masters degree is in organizational communication, with a thesis on teaching group facilitation techniques. He has consulted with over 100 companies and nonprofits, honing techniques that apply to user needs assessment, consensus-building, development planning, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
