This practical workshop for IA/UX practitioners increases your knowledge and confidence creating human-centered, responsible AI systems. This is for you if you have been pulled into AI projects, you are looking to get involved in AI, or you are aware of AI projects in your organization that should involve IA/UX (with your advocacy).
You do not need AI experience/knowledge, or be working on AI projects yet, to participate! In this workshop we will explore the various types of AI systems, how they work, their applications and implications, how to safeguard accuracy and ethics, and the roles you fit into on teams.
