Lisa lives and breathes IA at Workday, where she’s working to create structure, improve findability , and evangelize IA principles. In previous roles she created a new navigation experience for the Workday Community site, and managed the internal knowledge base for Wells Fargo. Her very first IA project was creating her own version of a library catalog system for her Weekly Reader books in second grade.
A lifelong traveler and enthusiastic photographer, Lisa has lugged her camera to all seven continents in pursuit of interesting sights, beautiful light, and unforgettable experiences.
Becca is a user researcher who has spent the last decade+ translating insights from research into frameworks, stories, and other outputs (e.g. Jobs to be Done) that inform business and design strategy. Becca is currently a Principal Researcher at Workday and previously worked at Amazon and gravitytank, an innovation consulting firm. Becca lives just outside of Seattle with her husband, 2 young sons, 1 dog, and 10 backyard chickens.
