What are Knowledge Graphs (KGs)? And why are they important to the practice of information architecture? Join Factor’s Bob Kasenchak and John Tulinsky for an IAC workshop including educational lectures, discussion, and interactive activities tailored to IA practitioners.

This half-day introductory workshop is aimed at IAs interested in learning about the basics of KGs and exploring how they fit into IA practice. We’ll explore the foundational principles, learn about the people, processes, and technologies involved, and investigate some use cases enabled by KGs including analytics, discovery, and supporting AI.
