As organizations increasingly integrate AI into all tools, even HR ones for Performance Management, a pivotal question arises: Is this technology enhancing our human interactions or replacing them, making it easier to avoid difficult / crucial conversations about career development and areas for growth? This session will explore the implications of using AI in performance management and evaluations, analyzing its capabilities in helping managers provide constructive feedback.
