Sunny comes with nearly a decade of enterprise design experience, having worked at SAP, Cisco, and currently works at ServiceNow as a Staff UX Designer. She has a passion for bringing the human into complex enterprise experiences where often the human element is forgotten. She is extremely interested in understanding how AI complicates this equation. This is her first time speaking at the IA Conference, after having attended last year for the first time. She is based in the Bay Area and enjoys reading fiction, watching and critiquing movies, playing music, and practicing yoga.
