Shelley Evenson is Group Director for Organizational Evolution at Fjord. Previously Shelley was a Manager and Experience Researcher at Facebook focusing on tapping into people’s needs and defining novel ways to respond. Before joining Facebook, she was a Principal in User Experience at Microsoft, collaborating with researchers and developers of new digital social media experiences. Shelley came to Microsoft from Carnegie Mellon University where she was an Associate Professor teaching interaction design. She integrated design innovation with business opportunities by collaborating with colleagues from the Tepper School of Business and the Human Computer Interaction Institute, and outside sponsors including GM, Intel, Microsoft, and Motorola.
