Sean Fitzell is currently a user researcher and manager at Compass, a real estate platform that empowers agents and reduces friction in home transactions. He leads research on the agent search application, coordinating a team of 3 researchers to develop a deeper understanding of agents’ workflows, motivations, and frustrations from discovery work to usability and evaluative studies. Bringing clarity to digital spaces, and how information is organized and accessed, animate his work in user experience research and information architecture.
