Sara Hayden is a UX content strategist and product designer. Sara’s been on the hunt for good stories as a reader and writer for as long as she can remember, opening up complex information as a journalist for more than a decade and striving to fulfill user needs when- and wherever she can. She’s done so from coast to coast and across the globe, especially for media, retail and education.
