Priyanka Kakar leads the product design and user experience practices at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where she is responsible for driving the product and user experience strategy for all the digital user experiences.

She leads an extremely talented team of 50+ designers and design managers that are challenged to blend form and function into magical experiences and interactions for Disney’s Guests. Her teams are responsible for shaping the e-commerce and content user experiences across multiple brands (Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Parks, Adventures by Disney, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort etc.).

She also leads the physical-digital experiences across multiple Lines of Business (Merchandise, Resorts & Transportation, Food & Beverage, Attractions & Entertainment, Photo & Video Imaging) for the Parks & Resorts segment of Disney.

As a 17+ year UX leader, she has mentored, interviewed and hired product designers, information architects, user experience and interaction designers, service designers and visual designers. She is an active member of local and international user experience communities, having organized and spoken at several UX conferences. She enjoys meeting and connecting people, learning new languages, consuming comic books, glass painting and has a deep affinity for whiteboards.
