Natalia Grant, also known as Natalia Vivas, is a Senior Advanced UX Researcher at the Honeywell XD Studio in the Productivity Solutions and Services division. Former UX and Usability Consultant, co-director of Usaria.co, and practitioner’s Vice-Chair of SIGCHI Latam, she has helped big and small companies to improve their digital experiences in countries like Colombia, Mexico, UK and the US. Currently, she is entirely focused on understanding industrial workers’ use of mobile hardware and wearables to create more comfortable and user-centric physical products.

Natalia holds a Master’s in Applied Imagination from the University of Arts London and is promoting initiatives to improve the UX research appropriation as well as making insights jump from a research report to the innovation backlog.
