Over twenty years, Martina has supported a wide variety of industry-leading enterprise and startup clients in their transformation journey and to launch new products. She has led product innovation capabilities and built thriving cross-disciplinary teams for world-class consultancies (Pivotal, Flow, Method), tech leaders (Amazon, Yahoo!) and startups/scaleups (Play.com, Travelmatch). She founded Northshore to bring that expertise directly to her clients.
She co-authored Communicating the UX Vision to help teams communicate and collaborate better, coaches start-ups and leaders, and teaches user-centered design at the University of the Arts London.
