Over twenty-five years, Martina has supported a wide variety of industry-leading enterprise and startup clients in their transformation journey and in launching new products. She has led product innovation capabilities and built thriving cross-disciplinary teams for world-class consultancies (Pivotal, Flow, Method), tech leaders (Amazon, Yahoo!) and startups/scaleups (Play.com, Travelmatch).
She coaches leaders (sometimes with horses), co-authored “Communicating the UX Vision” to help teams communicate and collaborate better, and teaches user-centred design at the University of the Arts London.
