Khati is a Principal Product & Design Strategist at Guidea, with expertise in facilitating stakeholder workshops, conducting generative research, and designing + validating solutions for complex domains. Over the past 12 years, she has worked with clients across a wide variety of domains, from air missile defense to education and healthcare. In the UX community, she enjoys discussions about career planning, portfolios, and client management. Outside of work, you can often find Khati playing board games with her family or exploring new skills, like blacksmithing and welding.
