Ken Caldwell is a staff member and graduate student at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. As a writer and designer at U-M Information and Technology Services, he is responsible for project communication strategy, social media leadership for @umichTECH, and he is an administrator of and contributor to Michigan IT News. As a grad student at UMSI, Ken is studying human-computer interaction with an emphasis on UX design, content strategy, and information architecture. See his LinkedIn profile for more.

As a volunteer for the IAC, Ken is admin of the conference Slack workspace. He created the Polar Bear Bot, a chatbot you can interact with to learn about conference activities and a little more. Please be nice to the bot, even if it has no feelings.
