Kate Blanch


Kate Blanch is a data architect with Design for Context, a UX design consultancy in the Washington, DC area. Kate has over 10 years of experience in data and digital resource management, business intelligence, and systems administration. She specializes in scalable metadata management, open access, interoperability, digital asset management, and linked data and semantic web projects. Kate possesses a wealth of hands-on experience designing flexible metadata schemas and data architectures that can successfully support both business processes and usability. Kate holds a B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design in Fine Arts and Digital Design.
