John Yesko is Director of User Experience at Walgreens in Chicago, responsible for ensuring the overall customer experience at Walgreens.com and associated sites. He manages the User Experience group, guiding information architecture, interaction design, taxonomy, and user research. Previously, he was a Director in the User Experience practice at Roundarch, a leading Web consulting company; and the User Experience Group Manager at Fry, responsible for the information architecture design on many prominent eCommerce websites.

As a veteran of interactive media, John has worked on projects ranging from the CD-ROM-based programs of the early nineties to today’s rich Internet applications.
