Joe Lamantia has twenty years expe­ri­ence pio­neer­ing human-centered meth­ods in technology-driven prod­uct and ser­vices orga­ni­za­tions of all sizes, and at all life­cy­cle stages; founder / startup, growth-stage, acqui­si­tion, post-exit / public. He also has ten years expe­ri­ence cul­ti­vat­ing and direct­ing high-impact teams for all design and prod­uct mak­ing disciplines. Joe is currently Head of UX Commercial Card at Capital One, and was previously at Paypal and Oracle.
