Jeroen Grit is customer experience strategist and managing partner at GriDD, an information architecture agency. Like all IAs, he has a passion for decoding complex matter to an accessible understandable structure. He is always looking for ways to help people understand information better, making them more effective and better at collaboration. He hopes that by doing this, he can help improve the world bit by bit. He has a master’s degree in Communication Science, with a specialty in new media research and design, and is a great fan of cycling, music and specialty beers.
