Frank Sweis is the User Experience Librarian at Northwestern University Libraries. He has worked in UX roles since 2017 in both IT and higher education. His work focuses on improving the discovery of library people, resources, and services and optimizing these experiences for patrons. He received his Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University. In his spare time, he is part of a winter bowling league in Chicago and enjoys discussing the best user interfaces in sci-fi movies.
