Emma Whittington has been working as a taxonomist at Indeed for 2 years. She serves as project lead for the Canada market’s occupational taxonomy, working to coordinate and implement the design of their hierarchy to facilitate efficient, effective information retrieval. Prior to joining Indeed, she received a Masters in Information Science and a Masters in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas.
