Emily is a curious, strategic problem solver who loves helping people use information to accomplish their goals. She is currently an Information Architect and consultant at The Understanding Group where she focuses on helping clients build better digital experiences for their users. Emily has a background as a public librarian and adult education teacher and holds a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. When she’s not working, she loves watching the Great British Baking Show and spending time on the shores of Lake Michigan.
