Dr. Elizabeth Buchanan is Endowed Chair in Ethics and Director of the Center for Applied Ethics at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has a Ph.D. in Applied Ethics, specializing in Information Ethics, Research Ethics, Internet Research Ethics, and Information Policy.
