Donna Spencer is a user experience consultant based in Australia, where she designs websites, web applications and mobile apps for a wide range of client types, including government, telecommunications, insurance, retail, not-for-profit, and higher education. She is the author of Practical Information Architecture and Card Sorting: Designing Usable Categories and the organizer of UX Australia.

Donna also served as co-chair in 2006 and chair in 2007.
