Chris Farnum

Chris Farnum has been doing IA and user experience design for 19+ years. He is currently on the UXD team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Previously he was a member of the UX team at ProQuest, where he was on agile user experience teams designing academic search interfaces and library workflow solutions. In addition, he also worked at an interactive marketing agency, Enlighten. He started his UX career at the groundbreaking consulting firm Argus Associates. He’s proud to be a former reference librarian.
