Catherine Ho is a product designer at Socrata, a Seattle startup that creates open data software for the public sector. Previously, she’s worked on the REI e-commerce website, REI in-store employee mobile POS system, and Intuit’s 5-star iOS paycheck app Snap Payroll. She has a deep expertise and background in qualitative user research, and is an alum of Bolt Peters.

A retired semi-professional oboist, she studied Music Performance and Culture & Social Anthropology at Stanford University. She’s presented her work at World IA Day Seattle, Giant UX, UXPA, and is involved with Hexagon UX Seattle.
