Bob Boiko is a Principal Lecturer for the UW iSchool and president of Metatorial Services Inc, a micro-consultancy. Bob has designed and built systems for some of the world’s top technology corporations (including Microsoft, Motorola, and Boeing) and leading NGO’s (including the UN, Gates Foundation, and World Vision).

He is an author of the books Content Management Bible, Laughing at the CIO, a new six-part series called Information Systems from the Info Out, and the science fiction novel The Last Chameleon, which answers the question, “What if information really was power!”
