User researcher and usability consultant Angela Colter has been designing information for people online and in print since 1997. She is currently Director of Strategy at 18F, and was formerly a Principal of Design Research at Electronic Ink in Philadelphia. Angela has presented at UXPA, Confab, STC and Plain Language Association International conferences, and even contributed to a few chapters in Plain Language in Plain English by Cheryl Stephens. She takes karaoke very, very seriously.
