Amy Arden is passionate about building digital experience that make the world a better place. Over the past 10 years she’s worked on projects ranging from developing interactive online experiences for kids at the world’s largest collection of Shakespeare materials to serving as a UX designer in creating a new digital platform improve behavioral health outcomes. Amy is currently working on designing conversational interfaces and is exploring how machine learning coupled with human-centered design can deliver better services for users – and maybe change the world. Amy is a member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals and is a Certified Professional Innovator.
