On behalf of YouTube and clients such as Hyundai, Samsung, and Sony, Alison Meier has asked total strangers if she can photograph their bedrooms. She’s followed them around while they’re shopping. Her research helps teams understand their customers so they can develop products that fit people’s lives. She is currently a Senior UX Researcher at YouTube.
