Lisa Ellis is the Principal Information Architect at Workday. Building on a career of knowledge management, taxonomy, and information architecture, she is responsible for creating the human-centered structure for everything Workday does, to support navigation and findability, personalization, and agentic experiences. Organizing and categorizing into meaningful structure has been a passion for Lisa her entire life, dating back to 2nd grade when she created an organization system for her tiny library of Weekly Reader Books.
