About the speakers

Dan Cooney

Dan enjoys identifying and solving complex information problems and believes organizations can establish a long-term competitive advantage by coordinating around the creation, maintenance, and use of shared models. He has an MSI in HCI from the University of Michigan’s School of Information, where he has also taught a systems and services evaluation course. Dan currently practices IA at The Understanding Group.
