With her trainings, Sophia helps UX designers and digital product professionals expand their capacity for complexity, zero-in on risky assumptions, capture requirements visually, deepen their cross-functional collaboration, and launch better products.

She lives in the mountains of North Georgia with her husband and CTO Luke, surrounded by wineries and waterfalls.
