Shoji Ohashi has 15+ years experience creating online experiences. He has a skill set of design process management, organization development (OD), user research, information architecture (IA), human computer interaction (HCI), user interface design, and testing. Over the previous 5 years Shoji led a UX team as a design fellow at Mainichi Newspaper company. Now he leads IA for a national portal providing metadata on Japanese digital heritage and MLA collections. Shoji also has an M.A.S. (Interdisciplinary Information Studies) at the University of Tokyo III / GSII. He founded SCIVONE, LLC provides IA consulting in 2009. He founded Monica Inc, which provides OD consulting, in 2017. He works as a senior user experience designer at Goodpatch Anywhere, a major Japanese design consulting firm.
