Parkhi Malhotra is a passionate storyteller and dedicated UX researcher with a background in design, innovation, and human-centered problem-solving. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University, specializing in User Experience Research. As a Graduate Research Assistant in the Systems Psychology Lab, she is developing Virtual Reality training scenarios in Dreamscape, applying dynamic measurement frameworks and Human-Centered Design principles to enhance team performance.

Parkhi’s professional experience includes roles as a UX Designer and Researcher with organizations like Sanridge and the Nasscom Foundation. She has collaborated with innovation spaces and start-ups, mentoring students to refine ideas, secure seed funding, and access incubation opportunities. Her skills span usability testing, content design, and mobile and web application design, with a strong emphasis on creating impactful user experiences.

An avid reader and writer, Parkhi combines her love of storytelling with her UX expertise to connect deeply with users and drive innovative solutions. Her approach reflects a belief that the best answers often lie within the problems themselves.
