Nirva is a UX Designer at a pharma-tech startup, where she transforms complex pharmaceutical data into clear, actionable solutions for scientists in drug development. She holds a Master’s in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and draws on her background in engineering and industrial design. In addition, she volunteers as a researcher-designer at The Stereotype Project Foundation, a social justice organization.
