Lorelei Brown
Lorelei Brown is currently focusing on content design right now, but also still performs user research, makes sense of messes (hat tip to Abby Covert), draws service design maps, and sets honest goals and metrics. She has done all kind of user centered activities finance organizations, real estate, educational and television. Her favorite projects are designing the very first prototype of xfinity search and building a design pattern library for plain language content.
Lorelei has presented and taught workshops at the IA Summit and IA Conference, most famously on how to fail. She has also taught classes on content management, redesigns, modelling, product design and information architecture.
Lorelei lives in a two UX designer household with her husband, son and a hamster. When she’s not working, she reads, knits, researches things for fun and works on her 90 year old house.
