Lara Fedoroff is currently the Director of the Experience Design team at Tradesy where they aim to reimagine the shopping experience. Previously, she led UX teams at eHarmony and RPA creating experiences for well-known clients like Farmers Insurance, QuickBooks By Intuit, Los Angeles Clippers, and Apartments.com as well as UCLA and Royal Caribbean while at Philosophie.

Lara is an active member of the community serving as the Communications Director on the Information Architecture Institute Board of Directors and as the Global Executive Producer of World IA Day in 2015. She is the founder of UX-Radio, a podcast about IA, UX, and Design. The show features collaborative discussions with industry experts with the purpose to inspire, educate and share resources with the community.
